Ashley is a nonprofit leader with more than 20 years of experience in capacity building, fundraising, and marketing — and more than a decade in philanthropy serving the communities where she was born and raised. She has mobilized well over seven figures for local causes and had the privilege of directing nearly as much back into the region. As Executive Director of MMACF, she draws on a career that includes four years leading the area’s largest food pantry and a deep, personal commitment to seeing Marinette and Menominee Counties thrive.

Kaitlin brings 10+ years of experience across rural municipalities and nonprofit organizations. She specializes in operations, rural philanthropy, community development, and capacity building for small nonprofits. Kaitlin is passionate about helping rural communities grow.
