We’re seeking two high school students from Marinette or Menominee County to serve on the M&M Area Community Foundation Board of Directors.
Become a Youth Board Member
Each year, the M&M Area Community Foundation invites a high school student to join our Board of Directors, offering a unique opportunity to influence community decisions. This role provides leadership training, fosters community connections, and empowers you to make a tangible difference in the lives of others.
Who Should Apply
Current high school sophomore, junior, or senior
Resident or student of Marinette or Menominee County
Passionate about community service and leadership
Eager to contribute to community discussions
Able to commit to monthly board meetings
Willing to engage in volunteer activities
Interested in developing leadership skills
Ready to represent youth perspectives
Dedicated to maintaining professionalism

Expectations for Youth Board Members
As a Youth Board Member, you will:
- Attend monthly board meetings to contribute your insights and ideas.
- Complete a minimum of 10 volunteer hours throughout the year.
- Engage actively with the Youth Advisory Committee (YAC).
- Represent the youth perspective in all Foundation discussions.
- Uphold professionalism and maintain confidentiality at all times.
