MENOMINEE, MI – The M&M Area Community Foundation (MMACF) is pleased to announce the opening of its Fall 2025 Grant Cycle, beginning October 1 and running through the end of the month. This annual opportunity allows nonprofit and resource organizations serving Marinette and Menominee Counties to apply for funding across a range of critical community needs.
This fall, the Foundation will be accepting applications for the following grant programs:
- Youth Field of Interest Fund
- Philanthropy Fund
- Community-Wide Impact Fund
- Alcohol & Drug Abuse Prevention Fund
- Community Health Care Fund
- Crivitz Area Giving Fund
- Peshtigo Area Community Endowment
- Twin Counties Emergency Service Providers Fund
- Homelessness Prevention Services
- Timmie Riley Fund for Fixin’ Cats
To help organizations better understand the updated grant policy and application process, MMACF will host a free informational webinar on Wednesday, September 4 at 10:00 AM. This session is open to anyone interested in learning more about the available funds, eligibility criteria, and application tips.
“While our annual grant cycles are a major part of what we do, the Foundation is much more than that,” said Ashley Berken, Executive Director of MMACF. “We are a connector, a convener, and a resource. If your organization is looking to collaborate, find partners, or explore other ways we can work together to build a brighter future, we’d love to hear from you—whether through the M&M Area Community Collaborative or by helping you connect with individuals and organizations that share your mission.”
In addition to applying for grants, the Foundation encourages individuals and businesses to consider supporting one of the existing funds or creating a new Field of Interest or Donor Advised Fund to champion causes they care about.
