- Award is $1,000
- Graduating senior from Menominee High School
- GPA of 2.75 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Pursuing a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) or in a healthcare field
- May be used at a two-year or four-year college or university
- Priority is given to applicants demonstrating financial need
- May be renewable for up to four years
- Attachments required:
- High school transcript
- At least one letter of recommendation highlighting service to school or community
- 250 – 500 word essay which explains why have you chosen your field of study, how your life experiences led you to this career choice, and how you see yourself positively impacting your community after obtaining your degree
