- Four awards will be given, each for $500
- Graduating seniors from Marinette, Menominee, Peshtigo, or St. Thomas Aquinas high school
- Must be attending UW – Green Bay, Marinette Campus, or NWTC – Marinette
- Demonstrates academic achievement as well as service to school or community
- Must have carried a full class load during their senior year of high school
- Financial need shall not be considered
