- Graduating senior from high schools throughout Marinette and Menominee Counties
- Must plan to attend a four-year college or university which offers a degree in vocal music
- Must be pursuing a degree with an emphasis in vocal music
- Community and/or school involvement in vocal music during high school
- Attachments required:

- 300 word essay on the importance of vocal music and your reason for making it a career
